Reformer Flow It

Level 1 - (The only class you can attend as a beginner)

Reformer Flow It is the perfect full body flow. This class will teach you how to engage your small and large muscle groups and make you fall in love with reformer pilates, whilst enjoying the beat of the music.

Suitable for Beginners who have attended a 1-2-1 with us prior to classes, Intermediate and Advanced.

Reformer Pace It

Level 2

Reformer Pace It is a unique reformer class designed to provide a full body workout at a modest pace. This challenging and upbeat class runs alongside a energetic and diverse playlist.

Suitable for Intermediate and Advanced.

Reformer Box It

Level 2

Reformer Box It is perfect balance of boxing and reformer pilates. Boxing and Reformer share some common principles, core strength, mental resilience and endurance. This fun but challenging class runs alongside a energy inducing playlist!

Suitable for Intermediate and Advanced.

Reformer Werk It

Level 3

Reformer Werk It is the ultimate full body workout experience that combines fun energising moves that will challenge your mind and body alongside an engaging playlist that will leave you high in energy.

Suitable for intermediate and advanced.

Barre Pilates

Barre Pilates is probably the most fun and energetic pilates workout. With a mixture of dance and pilates this class will tone, define and strengthen your whole body as well as leaving you feeling energised. Suitable for all abilities.

1-2-1

1-2-1 sessions are for beginners to attend before joining any of our classes. They are also great for anyone recovering from injury, if you need to build your confidence, focus on a certain goal or just want a more private workout. 

2-2-1

Please Enquire

2-2-1 sessions are great for you and your mum, your sister, brother, best friend or your partner! You may have a joint goal, spur each other on in sessions and enjoy a more private workout than a class environment. 

Small Group Sessions

Please Enquire

Small Group Sessions are great for a group of friends, family or work colleagues to bond. They are incredibly fun, challenging and the feedback has been amazing from these sessions. Available for 3-6 people.
