Level 3
Reformer Werk It is the ultimate full body workout experience that combines fun energising moves that will challenge your mind and body alongside an engaging playlist that will leave you high in energy.

Barre Pilates is probably the most fun and energetic pilates workout. With a mixture of dance and pilates this class will tone, define and strengthen your whole body as well as leaving you feeling energised. Suitable for all abilities.
Infrared heat helps you move easier, feel stronger and leave glowing.
Level 1 - Infrared Mat Class
Simmer It is a beginner friendly Infrared Mat Pilates class designed to build mobility, flexibility and all-round conditioning in a warm, feel-good environment. The gentle infrared heat helps you move with ease as you flow through accessible Pilates sequences. Expect a steady, uplifting session that leaves you feeling lengthened, loosened and lightly energised.

Level 2 - Infrared Reformer Pilates
Ignite It is an Infrared Reformer Pilates class focused on strength, conditioning, mobility and balance, perfect for levelling up your movement practice. With the support of the reformer and the glow of infrared heat, you’ll work through dynamic, controlled exercises that challenge and support your body. It’s a spirited session that fires you up without pushing beyond your limits.

1-2-1 sessions are for beginners to attend before joining any of our classes. They are also great for anyone recovering from injury, if you need to build your confidence, focus on a certain goal or just want a more private workout.
2-2-1 sessions are great for you and your mum, your sister, brother, best friend or your partner! You may have a joint goal, spur each other on in sessions and enjoy a more private workout than a class environment.
Small Group Sessions are great for a group of friends, family or work colleagues to bond. They are incredibly fun, challenging and the feedback has been amazing from these sessions. Available for 3-6 people.
